Shiny Entremets
Entremets are so much fun to make!
The best part about making entremets is being able to play with different textures, flavors and techniques.
Step 1: Mise en place (Getting Started)
You will first need a base for your creation, you can choose between a sponge cake or a biscuit.
Step 2: Creating a tasty filling
Now you will need to create your tasty filling. You can choose between a ganache, jam, cremeux, mousse.
Step 3: Creating more layers
Great fillings to use are praline, nougatine, croquant, crunchy Feulletine.
Step 4: Sealing all the layers:
Lastly cover your dessert with a mousse to seal all the layers. Once you have seal your entremet dessert you will need to end it off by glazing it. You can decorate it with different edible decorations such as flowers, chocolate, nuts, and many fruits or berries.
