There is nothing better than a nice dessert sweet but not to sweet, fruity, chocolate, nutty and creamy. I will show you a few of my creations.
Verrines
I love verrines, they are easy to make and you can fill them with whatever you feel like. in this case a made a white chocolate mousse, raspberry compote, cream cheese Chantilly and a disk of dark chocolate. Perfect for any occasion.
Milhojas
Milhojas are one of my favorite desserts, crunchy in the outside and creamy inside. love them. I made a caramelized puff pastry with a filling of homemade dulce de leche, topped with white chocolate chantilly and peach jam.
Peach cake
Fruity and spongy, delicious peach cake simple to make and perfect for any occasion. Use fresh peaches, it would give a better flavor.
Brownie Tart
If you like chocolate this is the perfect brownie for you. The base is a chocolate sableè, brownie in the middle, shinny chocolate glaze and whipped chocolate ganache. Made with different percentages of chocolate.
